Tolman Engineering proudly unveiled a brand-new car care partnership with Supagard on the opening day of the 2019 Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show at the NEC Birmingham (Friday 8 November).
Established in 1988, Supagard has expanded from humble beginnings in the south side of Glasgow into an international operation with a strong presence in China, South East Asia, Italy, India, the Czech Republic and the Middle East.
Supagard’s paint, interior, glass and wheel protection technology has evolved considerably since the company’s inception, and the latest product range has been developed to be effective in the most challenging of climates.
However, the development of new car care products and technologies continues at pace, and the Tolman-Supagard partnership will help the company deliver the highest quality products to its customers.
Supagard will supply treatments for each of Tolman Restoration’s projects, as well as Tolman Motorsport’s high-profile racing programmes in the British GT Championship and at world-famous historic events like the Silverstone Classic and Goodwood Revival.
The full range of Supagard protection products will be applied to each of Tolman’s concours-level road and race car restorations, further enhancing its presentation and enabling its customers to maintain a pristine finish.
However, use on Tolman’s McLaren 570S GT4s and its race transporters in the British GT Championship will serve as an extreme test and development platform that will enable the company to demonstrate the effectiveness and durability of its products in the toughest of environments.
