Lucas Oil Lead Replacer provides valve seat recession protection in the absence of leaded fuels. It provides a cushion between the exhaust valve and valve seat insert to prevent the valve from sinking or receding into the seat insert, which adversely affects compression. Lucas Oil Lead replacer also contains the same chemistry found in fuel treatment to improve fuel economy, lubricate upper cylinders and effectively clean injectors. Improved combustion reduces NOx emissions in gasoline, the leading cause of smog. 3.5 oz of Lead Replacer treats 12 gallons of gasoline. 100 mL treats 45 litres of petrol.
