Tolman Peugeot 205 GTi Big Brake Kit

Peugeot 205 GTi big brake kit as fitted to our “Tolman Edition” cars.

Designed and developed by us in-house using only the highest quality parts and materials. This big brake kit is designed to give lasting performance for track and fast road use, while allowing you to keep 15" rims.

The kit utilises a road spec AP caliper 4 piston thus eliminating the need for regular servicing with many big brake kits that use a race caliper.

The caliper sits on our own mount, and the AP rotor is mounted to our own bell. Both these components are manufactured from billet 6082 / HE30 aluminium alloy. This was chosen for its excellent mechanical properties, not least its corrosion resistance and suitability for machining. Post machining, they are hard anodised to give a durable long lasting finish.

To facilitate the fitment of the kit, it includes our proprietary adjustable lower wishbone with spherical bearing and poly bushes. This allows a level of camber and bump steer adjustment without compromising NVH by having a solid top mount. Note; depending on your chosen set up, you may need longer 309 GTi driveshafts.

This kit is designed for professional fitting only and will require a 4 wheel alignment after fitting. It is recommended to ensure the rest of the car's braking system is in good order, and a balance check is carried out prior to driving. No liability is taken for incorrect fitting or set up.
