Tolman 205 T16 Coolant Pipes

Designed and developed in house here at Tolman Engineering, our water pipe kit for the Peugeot 205 T16 consists of 2 aluminium pipes to replace the front to back coolant pipes which suffer from corrosion over time. This can be difficult to spot due to them being hidden from view when fitted.

Our pipes are formed on a specially developed jig with the pipes swaged at each end and hand finished to ensure secure fitment of hoses. one of the two pipes has a boss welded in (same as the original part) to act as a take off for the heater. 

These pipes are no longer available from Peugeot and have been created to allow you to continue to enjoy your Turbo 16 safe in the knowledge that your cooling system is safe from unseen leaks caused by aging pipes.
